Kristina Elaine has been coaching individuals with Asperger Syndrome since 1999. She has a Master's Degree and has achieved the professional designation of a CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
Kristina successfully completed 2 years of professional training as a coach with The Coaches Training Institute, and passed an oral and written exam certifying her as a CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
The Coaches Training Institute is fully accredited by ICF, International Coach Federation, and is recognized to be one of the best coaching schools in the world. Kristina also continues to increase her training and knowledge on an ongoing basis, as both the fields of coaching and knowledge about Asperger Syndrome grow and develop.
In addition, Kristina has been working and living with Asperger Syndrome on a personal level for her entire life. Kristina's teenage son has been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome for a number of years, and her father and two brothers are thought to have Asperger Syndrome. She works exclusively with Asperger adults and their family members.
